Take Your Polaris Xpedition Over the Top with GDP Portals
Turn your Polaris Xpedition into a powerhouse with SuperATV’s GDP Portals. With a 45% gear reduction and 8" of lift in one package, you’ll have the ability to tackle tough terrain and run up to 38" tires. For maximum strength, upgrade from cast housing to billet aluminum housing. Plus, we’re the only company that offers portals for your rig.
Conquer tough terrain easily with GDP Portals. You’ll have the ground clearance you need to put larger tires on your Polaris Xpedition. With a 45% gear reduction, you’re getting maximum torque—so you’ll be able to run large tires as if they were stock size.
GDP Portals move the gear reduction to the wheel hub instead of the transmission. This setup helps keep your axles, prop shaft, differential, and transmission safer by putting less stress on them. You get more power without wearing out your drivetrain.
Your Xpedition is tough—why shouldn’t your portals be? Our GDP Portals come in cast or billet aluminum housing. Combine that with our backing plates that are made of advanced steel alloy and you’re getting the toughest portals on the market.
Our portals use advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates, a sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal, 100% sealing coverage throughout, double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear, and roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing.
Your rig is built to take on extreme terrain and wild obstacles, but that doesn’t mean its frame can handle the heavy-duty awesomeness of 8" GDP Portals. That’s why a frame stiffener is required.
We have a dedicated customer service team that will help you find what works best for you. Give us a call and we can get you set up with the right portals ASAP.
