A broken blow off valve is nothing to mess with, and the OEM plastic piece just doesn’t hold up to the power and vibration of the RZR Turbo. SuperATV’s Rev1 aluminum blow off valve is a direct replacement for a critical component that often fails within the first year. If you’re noticing a loss of power, your OEM blow off valve is the likely culprit.
Each blow off valve is constructed of 6061 aluminum and comes black anodized for long-lasting durability. It uses a fully recirculating, fully sealed design that accurately directs turbo pressure back into your intake system while keeping out dust and debris. Whether you are blasting through the desert or sloshing through the mud, this valve is built to keep you running strong.
Problems arise when the factory Polaris blow off valve fails to open properly, whether from sticking or cracking. When that happens, your RZR may go into limp mode, lose power, or throw a check engine light. Although other issues can cause these symptoms, a faulty blow off valve is a common cause.

- 1127-0: Valid but above normal
- 1127-3: Above normal, Over boost
- 1127-4: Below normal, Under boost
