Beef Up Your Frame Tired of bending your A-arm tabs and ripping off your shock mounts from hard riding? SuperATV’s Universal Weld-In Gusset Kit helps strengthen your UTV frame with a variety of washer and frame plates in different sizes, giving you the parts needed to reinforce key mounting points.

These weld-in gussets are made from heavy-duty 3/16" steel and are designed for extreme riding. Weld them to your mounting tabs and chassis locations where your UTV needs extra strength.

  • Made of 3/16" heavy-duty steel
  • 10 mm and 12 mm washer plates are compatible with most machines

Kit Includes:

  • (4) 38 mm round washers for 12 mm bolts—A-arm, trailing arm, shock tab (fixes wallowed-out bolt hole)
  • (4) 32 mm round washers for 12 mm bolts—A-arm, trailing arm, shock tab (fixes wallowed-out bolt hole)
  • (4) 38 mm square washers for 12 mm bolts—A-arm, trailing arm, shock tab (fixes wallowed-out bolt hole; designed for square tube frames)
