GDP Portals Will Change Your Ride for the Better
Whether you’re working or playing, it’s always nice to get some extra clearance under your Yamaha Wolverine—especially when that clearance comes with a torque boost. That’s exactly what you get with SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift. Choose a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction and a cast or billet aluminum housing. You can also upgrade to a dual idler configuration for extreme strength.
What is a Dual Idler®?
By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears are mated perfectly, and they’re made from 9310 steel alloy.
Matches Any Ride
You can’t do mud without a portal gear lift. GDP portals with a 45% or 60% gear reduction give you room for bigger tires and the torque needed to turn them, while a 30% gear reduction is a great option for keeping it fast and responsive.
A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
Portal gear lifts put the gear reduction directly in the hub instead of in your transmission, helping reduce wear on your differential, prop shaft, axles, and transmission.
Stronger Housings by Design
Choose cast aluminum or USA-made billet aluminum housings, paired with 5/16" backing plates made from an advanced steel alloy. The housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow. There are no vents because vents do more harm than good.

Fitment
- Yamaha Wolverine: 2015-2018
Wheel Requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
