The Synergy MFG 8869-01 brace is CNC-formed from 3/16” high-strength steel with a 6061-T6 aluminum sector shaft support and oilite bronze bushing for smooth, long-lasting operation. With its abrasion-resistant powder coat finish, this 100% bolt-on upgrade installs easily with basic hand tools. Whether you’re tackling off-road trails or highway miles, this kit ensures your steering system stays tight, reliable, and built to last.
**Installation Notes**
The Synergy MFG Front Track Bar & Sector Shaft Brace is designed to reinforce, not replace, the stock front track bar bracket. It prevents flexing, cracking, and steering issues commonly caused by large tires or suspension lifts.
When used with the Synergy MFG 8875-01 Front Track Bar, no additional bump stop spacing is required. However, if you are using the factory front track bar, a minimum of 2 inches of bump stop spacing must be added.
For aftermarket front track bars, the front springs should be removed and the suspension cycled to full bump to verify proper clearance and prevent the track bar from contacting the sector shaft nut or other suspension components.
