The SPE Motorsport 6.7L Emissions Harness Plug is a simple, low-cost solution that prevents a very expensive problem on 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks — ECU connector corrosion. When the emissions sensor harness plugs under the truck are exposed to road elements (salt, moisture, fuel, coolant), contamination can migrate into the ECU cavity and corrode the pins, causing confused signal inputs, phantom codes, check engine lights, and eventually expensive electrical system repairs.
Snyder Performance Engineering designed this plug to form a perfect seal inside the ECU connector cavity, keeping all that environmental contamination out. Molded from B-nitrile elastomer — specifically resistant to fuel, coolant, water, and other corrosive substances — the plug installs in seconds, stays sealed for years, and is especially useful any time you're removing the DPF for cleaning or service and the emissions harness is disconnected.
