Upgrade your heavy-duty truck with the Zone Offroad 5” Torsion Bar Drop Lift Kit, engineered specifically for 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks equipped with factory overload springs. This complete suspension system delivers aggressive stance, improved ground clearance, and the strength needed to confidently clear up to 35” tires while maintaining factory-like handling and reliability.

Built with high-strength steel crossmembers, CNC-machined steering knuckles, and a heavy-duty differential skid plate, this kit corrects suspension geometry without requiring differential trimming. Rear lift blocks and extended U-bolts provide a level stance, while included shocks ensure controlled ride quality both on and off the road.

  • 1 Year Warranty
  • 2015-2018 Models Only: 20" wheels can not be reinstalled due to GM changing the wheel thickness. The ID of the 20" wheels are smaller on 2015-2018 models.
  • Fitment: WILL fit RWD models, however the front differential related parts in kit will not be used.
  • Frame bracket modifications required for installation.
  • Mod's Required: Modifications required for installation. See installation instructions for more information.
  • Optional steering stabilizer (PN# 7103) only fits vehicles that came equipped with a steering stabilizer from the factory.
  • Stock 17" or 18" Wheels cannot be re-installed.
  • Stock 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled on 2015-2018 models.
  • Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
  • Will fit RWD models. The front differential related parts will not be used.
  • With a 20" Wheel, 5"-6" backspacing is recommended.
  • In some cases vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front driveline vibration. If this occurs we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual cardan style driveshaft.
