Designed specifically for trucks equipped with cast steel control arms, this system delivers improved suspension geometry, increased ground clearance, and room for up to 35” tires. Zone Offroad includes heavy-duty 1/4" steel crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets, a reinforced skid plate, and Nitro Series front struts for improved damping. With proper CV angles, steering correction, and a complete rear lift system, this kit provides strength, durability, and stability you can depend on.

- 1/4" wheel spacer required to run factory 20" wheels
- Professional installation & post-lift alignment required
- Max rear shock length is 29.75" to prevent driveshaft contact
- All-wheel-drive models may require CV driveshaft modification
- Factory 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reused due to tie-rod interference
- 20x9 wheels with 5.75" backspacing recommended to reduce trimming
- Cast steel control arm trucks ONLY (not for stamped or aluminum arms)
