Take your Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 to the next level with the Zone Offroad 6.5” Suspension Lift engineered specifically for CAST STEEL control arm trucks. This complete system includes high-strength front crossmembers, ductile-iron steering knuckles, heavy-duty strut spacers, and a 5” rear lift block to deliver a leveled, aggressive stance with room for 35" tires. Designed for factory ride retention, this kit enhances stance, clearance, and overall capability.
Zone Offroad optimized geometry using ESC-compliant knuckles, sway bar correction, bump-stop extensions, and brake-line relocation to maintain predictable handling. Optional FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks improve ride control, stability, and performance across mixed terrain. The result is a lift system that delivers durability, ride comfort, and rugged off-road capability for your cast-steel-arm GM 1500.

Notes:
- 3 Year Warranty
- Does NOT fit 4WD models
- Does NOT fit MagneRide trucks
- Only fits vehicles with Cast Steel control arms
- Requires 1/4" wheel spacer to accommodate stock 20" rims
- Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference
- Maximum Rear Shock length is 29-3/4" due to driveshaft to cross member interference
- To reduce trimming required for tire fitment, a 20" wheel w/5.75" backspacing is recommended
