Transform your truck’s stance and off-road performance with the Zone Offroad 6” Torsion Bar Drop Lift Kit for the 1999–2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Gas models. This complete system delivers the perfect balance of strength, handling, and aggressive tire clearance for up to 35” tires.
Engineered using precision-machined steering knuckles, HD crossmembers, and a reinforced differential setup, this kit maintains proper CV angles and alignment while boosting ground clearance. Paired with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks, you’ll experience improved control, stability, and comfort whether cruising highways or conquering the trails.
Will not fit 1999 Classic/Old-Body-Style models, 1500HD, or Quadrasteer-equipped trucks. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reused due to tie-rod clearance — proper aftermarket wheel backspacing of 4.5"–5.75" is recommended depending on diameter. Some vehicles may require an updated driveshaft if front driveline vibration occurs after installation. Crew cab trucks may benefit from an add-a-leaf to maintain desired rear rake.
