Give your 2016–2019 Nissan Titan XD the strength, stance, and improved suspension geometry it deserves with the Zone Offroad 2” Adventure Series Lift Kit. This system includes fully welded, heavy-duty boxed upper control arms made from 1/8” steel with CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups to deliver superior durability and improved wheel travel. The UCA ball joint position is corrected to maintain a neutral operating angle with 2–3” of lift, eliminating the common ball joint binding issues seen with spacer-only kits.
The kit features precision-engineered front strut spacers and rear lift components designed to maintain factory ride quality while adding tire clearance for up to 32” tires. Paired with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks, this lift kit delivers smoother damping control, enhanced stability, and consistent performance on and off the road. Designed for both gas and diesel Titan XD models, this system provides increased capability while retaining the reliability expected from Zone Offroad.
