Upgrade your 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra with the Zone Offroad 3.5” Adventure Series Lift Kit engineered to improve wheel travel, suspension geometry, and on-road ride comfort while delivering the off-road capability your truck deserves. This system is centered around heavy-duty Adventure Series upper control arms featuring a repositioned ball joint mount that increases wheel travel and eliminates binding common with factory arms. Built from fully welded 1/8" steel with CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups, these arms include OE-style rubber bushings and MOOG greasable ball joints for long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.
A pair of top-mounted steel strut spacers provide lift without requiring strut disassembly, retaining factory ride characteristics and simplifying installation. Additional components—such as bump stop relocation, sway bar adjustments, and differential drop brackets—maintain proper suspension angles and reduce CV stress on 4WD models. In the rear, upgraded boomerang shackles add 1” of lift to level the stance. Paired with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks, this system delivers improved body control, increased suspension travel, and exceptional durability on any terrain.
