Designed to clear up to 32" tires, this lift improves ground clearance, suspension articulation, and overall trail performance while still delivering comfortable street driving characteristics. Whether you’re building a daily-driven Jeep or a capable trail machine, this system gives your XJ the strength, stance, and suspension performance it needs.

Zone Offroad builds this kit using full-length coil springs, heavy-duty leaf springs, upgraded lower control arms, boomerang shackles, extended sway bar links, and brake line relocation brackets. Nitro Series nitrogen-charged twin-tube shocks provide responsive damping, reduced fade, and improved durability thanks to 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving and dual-welded ends. A transfer case drop kit is included to correct driveline angles, resulting in a smooth, trail-ready suspension package.

  • Leaf springs not designed for excess additional cargo weight, lower ride height may result
  • Only fits Cherokee XJ models with Dana 35 Rear Axle
  • To tell the difference, measure the inner diameter (I.D.) of your rear U-bolts. The Chrysler 8.25 rear axle uses a 3" I.D. U-bolt and the Dana 35 rear axle requires a 2-3/4" I.D. U-bolt.
