Upgrade the stance, clearance, and capability of your 2015–2020 Ford F-150 4WD with the Zone Offroad 4” Suspension Lift Kit with Nitro Series shocks. Engineered to deliver improved ground clearance and a more aggressive appearance, this system corrects suspension and steering geometry while maintaining factory ride quality and handling. Designed for daily driving and off-road use, this kit provides clearance for up to 35” tires with the proper wheel setup.
Zone Offroad includes high-strength crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, front strut spacers, differential drop components, and a rear lift block system to ensure proper driveline angles and long-term durability. Nitro Series gas-charged rear shocks are included to deliver controlled damping, improved stability, and reliable performance on and off the road. A heavy-duty skid plate and relocation brackets further enhance protection and reliability for work, trail, or street-driven F-150s.

- Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reused after installation
- Stock 20" wheels may be used with tire sizes up to 305/60R20
- 18" wheels should be test fit to confirm tie-rod and knuckle clearance
- Minor trimming may be required depending on wheel and tire selection
- Two-piece rear driveshaft models may require a carrier bearing drop kit
- Professional installation and post-lift alignment are strongly recommended
- Models equipped with Auto 4WD (4A) may require front driveshaft replacement
