Designed to improve ride height, suspension geometry, and overall capability, this system provides enough clearance to run 35" tires while maintaining a smooth on-road feel and confident off-road handling.
Zone Offroad includes full-length coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a robust track bar for proper axle positioning, and a complete rear lift block and U-bolt system to level the truck. The included Nitro Series shocks use a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, self-lubricating seals, and a durable black powder coat finish. Built for towing, hauling, and off-road use, these shocks deliver improved ride control, consistent damping, and long-lasting durability.

- This kit uses the block kit for trucks without factory overload springs. Truck must have the standard 2-leaf rear suspension (NO Overload – 2 Leaf)
- Driveline Notice: Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur and require driveline modification.
- Factory wheels fit when paired with factory / original equipment tire size.
- Mod's Required: Exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models. See installation instructions for more information.
- Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
