Upgrade the stance, clearance, and capability of your 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD with the Zone Offroad 4” Suspension Lift Kit featuring FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks. Designed to deliver improved ground clearance while maintaining factory ride quality, this system corrects suspension, steering, and driveline geometry for confident on-road handling and capable off-road performance. The 4” front lift combined with a 2” rear block provides a leveled to slightly tail-low stance with clearance for up to 35” tires.
This complete lift system includes high-strength frame crossmembers, redesigned steering knuckles, front strut spacers, differential drop components, and a rear block kit to ensure proper driveline angles. FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks are included to provide fade-resistant damping, improved stability, and consistent performance on and off the road. Engineered to Zone Offroad Factory Protection Plus standards, this kit retains ESC compatibility and functions with BlueCruise-equipped trucks.

Note:
- 3 Year Warranty
- Does not fit diesel models
- Will not fit Tremor models
- Requires frame bracket modification
- Block kits replace factory 1-1/4" block. Stock block will not be reinstalled
- Will not work with trucks equipped with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
- Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear drive shaft
- (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, Zone Offroad recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift
- Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included w/ kit)
- Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety
