Upgrade the stance, clearance, and capability of your 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD with the Zone Offroad 6” Suspension Lift Kit. Engineered to deliver improved ground clearance and aggressive style, this system corrects suspension, steering, and driveline geometry while maintaining factory ride quality and handling. Designed for modern F-150 platforms, the kit provides clearance for up to 35–37” tires and delivers a confident, commanding presence on and off the road.
Zone Offroad includes high-strength crossmembers, redesigned steering knuckles, front strut spacers, a rear lift block system, and FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks for reliable performance. Built with Factory Protection Plus standards, this kit retains ESC compatibility, works with BlueCruise-equipped trucks, and is backed by industry-leading warranty coverage for peace of mind.
Fitment Notes: This lift kit does not fit diesel or Tremor models and requires frame bracket modification during installation. Trucks equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft will require carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included). Some vehicles may be affected by Ford rear driveshaft recall 21S25; Zone Offroad recommends completing recall service prior to installation. A minimum 18" wheel is required, as factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reused. Stock 20" wheels may be used with tire sizes up to 305/60R20. Wheel backspacing and crash bar clearance should be verified, as certain wheel and tire combinations may require crash bar modification. This kit is not compatible with trucks equipped with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping).
