• We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Rudy's Performance Parts without notice at any time, for any reason. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Rudy's Performance Parts products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Rudy's Performance Parts's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Rudy's Performance Parts may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Rudy's Performance Parts or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Rudy's Performance Parts may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Rudy's Performance Parts, Rudy's Performance Parts has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Rudy's Performance Parts. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Rudy's Performance Parts seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Most of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom items are NON-RETURNABLE. Custom items include, but are not limited to: EFI Live programmers, powder coated parts, custom built items, etc.

Rudy's Performance Parts is NOT responsible for cancelling orders that have been processed/shipped or processed/pending shipment. We will do our best to assist if you want to cancel your order, however, if the part has already been shipped or is in the process of shipment we can not cancel it and you will be held responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fee (up to 20%).

To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy’s Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.

Rudy's Performance Parts accepts cores that are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any core that is returned after 30 days will be refunded at the discretion of Rudy's Performance Parts.

Rudy's Performance Parts does NOT accept cores that are not in rebuild-able condition, we reserve the right to determine the condition of the core upon arrival. If your core return contains any fluids, please drain all fluids before sending the core back. Rudy's Performance Parts will not provide full credit for any cores that are damaged/disassembled/missing components.

In order to send a core back, you must first contact us in order to receive an RMA number. Please do NOT send any core return back without first obtaining instructions for return, as many items require being sent back directly to the manufacturer. The RMA form can be downloaded using the link at the bottom of this page. Rudy's Performance Parts is NOT responsible for core returns that are sent back without an RMA form or RMA number.

Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties that cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. Rudy’s Performance Parts will in no way accept responsibility for parts covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy.

All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings. Inbound freight must be prepaid by the customer to one of our distribution centers for warranty inspection. NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Rudy’s Performance Parts.

Rudy's Performance Parts is not responsible or liable for any damages or malfunctions caused to your vehicle before, during, or after installation or use of any product we sell. Please use or install any product sold by Rudy's Performance Parts at YOUR OWN RISK! We recommend professional installation on all products. All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Rudy’s Performance Parts is NOT responsible for products that have been damaged during shipping.
