Filtration:

The Aeromotive Fuel System separates air and debris to provide your engine with the cleanest fuel. This kit comes standard with one of the best filters on the market, the CATERPILLAR 1R-750. Because the pump was designed with a standard 1"-14 thread, it can fit a wide range of aftermarket filters so cross-referencing or changing filters is never an issue.

Shaft Seals & Pump Design:

Like all Aeromotive In-Line Pumps, the Aeromotive Diesel Fuel System features a flow-through design. This means that fuel actually flows across the motor, because of this, there's no shaft seal to fail which increases reliability and durability of the pump.

Fuel Pressure:

Unlike other diesel lift pumps, Aeromotive chose to use a spring and diaphragm design for precise pressure control. The design provides more control over exact system pressures.
