The Wagner Competition Intercooler features a 62% larger face area than stock, as well as more efficient end tanks and core, which all work together to provide more efficient and effective cooling of your Raptor's intake charge air while being better able to resist heat soak in higher RPM ranges and boost pressures. The Wagner Raptor Competition Intercooler drops right into place of your truck's factory intercooler and doesn't require tuning or other modifications for operation.

Tube-Fin Aluminum Intercooler with Highly Efficient Cast Aluminum End Tanks

Wagner designed their Competition Intercooler Kit from the ground up to maximize cooling capacity without harming other aspects of your Raptor's performance. Each intercooler cool features a cooling surface that is 1940cm², and the entire core is made out of aluminum and optimized for excellent airflow. The intercooler core features a tube-fin design that allows more air to flow through the intercooler and reach your truck's radiator than the other guy's bar-plate intercooler designs. Each intercooler features airflow-optimized, CAD designed cast aluminum end tanks that help the intercooler provide 50% less back pressure than stock. The intercooler comes with all the hardware you need to get it installed, including a new charge pipe adapter, oil cooler relocation hardware, and fan shroud bracket.
