Which FASS lift pump GPH do I need?

Flow Best for
100 / 140 GPH Stock trucks and mild tuning, up to about 600-700 HP
165 / 220 GPH Modified trucks, about 600 to 900 HP
240 / 250 GPH Built trucks, about 900 to 1,200 HP
260 / 290 GPH High-horsepower and competition builds, about 1,200 to 1,500 HP

The flow sizes offered depend on your engine. Planning more power later? Many owners step up one size so the lift pump won't hold them back when they add injectors or a bigger turbo.

FASS series compared

FASS Adjustable (FA) pumps are lift pumps only, with adjustable 1-20 PSI fuel pressure and boost compensation. They use your factory fuel filter and are the most affordable FASS upgrade. The Titanium Signature Series is a complete fuel air separation system: it removes air, vapor and water, filters to 2 microns and returns the air to the tank. The Titanium Signature Series Plus uses the same pump and filtration with black anodized O-ring boss fittings and black hose. No-Drop Series kits pair the Titanium Signature system with the FASS fuel sump, so you never have to drop the tank, and No-Drop Plus adds the ORB fittings and black hose. The Drop-In Series (DIFS) installs inside the fuel tank for newer Ram, Duramax and Powerstroke trucks.

FASS Fuel Pump Builder FAQ

Do I need a fuel sump with a FASS lift pump?

No-Drop Series kits already include the FASS fuel sump. For other FASS systems a sump is optional but recommended, especially for higher-flow pumps and trucks that lose fuel pressure at low tank levels, because it feeds the pump directly from the bottom of the tank. The builder offers sumps from Rudy's, AirDog, Beans Diesel, XDP and G&R Diesel.

What is the difference between Titanium Signature and No-Drop?

Both use the same Titanium Signature pump and filtration. The No-Drop Series adds the FASS fuel sump so the system installs without dropping the fuel tank.

What does "Plus" mean on a FASS system?

The Plus versions use the same pump and filtration as the standard system, upgraded with black anodized O-ring boss (ORB) fittings and black hose.

Is there a FASS kit for my L5P Duramax?

Yes. FASS makes Titanium Signature, No-Drop and Drop-In systems for both 2017-2019 and 2020 and newer L5P Duramax trucks. Select Chevy / GMC, then the L5P and your model year in the builder.

Are FASS lift pumps covered by a warranty?

Titanium Signature Series systems carry a limited lifetime warranty. See each product page for full warranty details.
