Elite Diesel Z-Max Intake Maniffold

The Z-Max fully ported intake manifold allows for even airflow to all cylinders. The intake passages are opened up by removing flow restrictions internal to intake manifold. Decreased EGT's can be seen with the addition of the Z-Max. A perfect combination for use with stock heads or our ported cylinder heads. Will work with any of the available intake elbow options.

We recently did some flowbench testing of the Z-Max intake manifold. We installed a cylinder head on a flow bench and then tested the stock intake manifold for flow. We then installed the Z-Max intake manifold and retested. On average we saw a 20cfm gain which is a 10% improvement. This testing does not account for the improved volume of area the Z-Max gives over the stock intake.
